Terms of Use

Last updated October 7, 2026

  1. 01

Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms apply when you use the SINTLER website. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The site is owned by Ignas Urbo, Founder of SINTLER.
Address: Workland Quadrum, Konstitucijos Ave. 21B, Vilnius 08130, Lithuania
    Contact: legal@sintler.com
    Website: www.sintler.com

These terms cover the website only. If we agree to work together, a separate partnership agreement governs that relationship and takes priority over these terms. Products sold to customers have their own Product Terms.

  2. 02

    Using the site

You may use the site for lawful purposes and to learn about SINTLER or apply to work with us. You agree not to:

    • break the law or use the site to harm others
    • try to access parts of the site or our systems you aren’t meant to reach
    • send malware, spam or automated requests that disrupt the site
    • copy or scrape the site at scale without our written permission
    • give false information in an application

We may restrict or block access if you break these rules. We may also change, pause or remove parts of the site at any time.

  3. 03

    Intellectual property

The SINTLER name, logo, design, text and other content on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, sell or reuse our content without our written permission.

If you send us ideas, feedback or application materials, you keep ownership of what is yours. You give us permission to use them to review your application and to improve our services. Nothing you send gives us ownership of your brand, content or audience.

  4. 04

No guarantee of results, and our liability

The site gives general information about how we work. It is not legal, tax or financial advice.

We do not promise any level of revenue, audience growth or sales. Results depend on many things we don’t control, including your audience, the market and the product. Any examples on the site are illustrations, not predictions.

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury, fraud or intentional wrongdoing, and your rights as a consumer.

  5. 05

    Applications, partnerships and other sites

Applying is free. Sending an application does not create a partnership or any duty for either side. We aim to reply within three business days. Then we tell you how long our research will take and whether we can work together.

We may accept or decline any application. A partnership exists only when both sides sign a partnership agreement.

The site may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

  6. 06

    Governing law, changes and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. If SINTLER moves into a company, these terms pass to it.
