Who we are

- Address: Workland Quadrum, Konstitucijos Ave. 21B, Vilnius 08130, Lithuania

How we research creators
We may review publicly available posts and comments when researching a potential partnership.
We don’t copy or retain commenters’ names, usernames or profiles. We record only aggregated themes and observations relevant to the potential product opportunity.
When we first contact a creator, we tell them what we looked at.
If a creator says no, we delete our research notes on them within 30 days.

Buyers
This section covers people who buy a product that SINTLER builds with a creator.
- The buyers are the creator’s audience. The relationship belongs to the creator.
- Buyers pay through Whop. Whop processes the payment and keeps its own record under its own privacy policy.
- We see buyer details, such as name, email and what they bought, only to deliver and support the product, report sales to the creator and improve it. That includes planning upsells and follow-up products with that creator.
- We don’t sell buyer details, share them with anyone else or use them for another creator or business.
- Buyers get emails needed to deliver the product, sent in the creator’s name. Emails about related offers are sent only where appropriate permission has been given, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
- When a partnership ends, we give the creator the buyer list if they ask. We then delete our copy within 30 days. We keep only records the law requires, such as accounting records.
For buyer data that SINTLER and the creator jointly decide how and why to use, we act as joint controllers.
Our Partnership Agreement and Data Protection Schedule set out who is responsible for what.
You can write to either party, or to legal@sintler.com, to exercise your rights.

Who we share data with
We don’t sell your data.
We share it only with the services and organisations we use to run SINTLER:
- Hosting and the application form: Hostinger
- Website visit counts: Cloudflare Web Analytics
- Notes and records: Notion
- Email: Hostinger
- Payments: Whop, for partners who get paid through it
- Accountants, lawyers and authorities: where the law or a contract requires it
Some of these services process data on our instructions. Others may process data under their own legal responsibilities.
Some providers are outside the EU, including in the US. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on an appropriate legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, where required.

Your rights
Under the GDPR, depending on the circumstances, you can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that is wrong
- delete your data
- limit how we use it
- give certain data to you in a format you can move
- stop using your data where we rely on legitimate interest
- withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on consent
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
Write to legal@sintler.com.
We normally reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm who you are first.
We would like the opportunity to resolve the issue first.
